About World Class Automotive
Ed Hennigan's, owner and operator of World Class Automotives, first car was a 1956 Belair—from that point on Ed knew that hot rods would be his passion. After many years of working in the automotive repair business and building hot rods/muscle cars for himself and friends on the side, Ed opened World Class Automotive on Cape Cod.
That was back in 2002 and at first it was a struggle being a small fish in a big pond, but Ed assembled a team of craftsmen with over 50 years of experience in the restoration and modification of muscle car automobiles. Word of mouth about our “world class” quality of work spread and Ed has developed a loyal following.
From research and development to the final product—Ed and his team produce the kind of award winning product worthy of a national stage. Although currently a small facility on Cape Cod, we are growing every day. Our work speaks for itself. We encourage anyone who might have a project in mind to call us, or better yet, come and visit. While you're here enjoy the Cape Cod beaches and a tour of our facility.

Drive Line Expert
Ed has been in the Automotive business for 35 years and has been building, modifying, and restoring muscle cars and hot rods since the age of twelve. After working in many different shops over the years and witnessing bad work and bad management, Ed decided the only way to eliminate the bad was to go out on his own, hence the creation of World Class Automotive, (not just a name). Ed Then set out to find only the best craftsman in the area, and assembled a team worthy of a national stage.
Mark Ryder
Restoration Specialist
Fabricator
Body Man
Painter
Mark started out like most of us working on friends hot rods in his parents garage. The local restoration shop decided to hire Mark because he was taking away their business. So began Marks career in the world of muscle car restos. After working for years for other shops, much like Ed, Mark decided the only way to control quality is to put your name on it!! So Mark opened his own shop, and for fifteen years Mark produced many award winning restorations. About that time Ed and Mark became good friends and when Ed started World Class Automotive he knew that Mark was the only choice. Mark now is the lead man and has the final call on restorations performed in the shop.
